I worked as a UX/UI designer on the :Dribe rebranding project, where we redesigned the B2C and B2B apps along with the website. The goal was to differentiate Dribe from competitors while creating a more seamless and engaging user experience. My primary focus was on the B2C app and website, ensuring a smooth, intuitive journey for existing users while also attracting new customers to the platform.

challenge.
As part of the redesign, we conducted a design sprint focusing on the signup flow, as it was the primary drop-off point for potential customers. Following the sprint, we tested the wireframes to evaluate their effectiveness, which revealed notable improvements and opportunities for further optimization. I was then responsible for refining the existing wireframes, organizing and streamlining the design files, and creating new flowcharts and wireframes to enhance the user journey.
result.
Once the lead designer established the key views for the B2C app and website, I was responsible for the design roll-out across the entire ecosystem. This included applying the new design language consistently to the B2C and B2B apps, as well as the website, ensuring a cohesive and user-friendly experience. I carefully adapted the core designs to various screens and user flows, maintaining visual and functional consistency while optimizing usability across different touchpoints.
